The building consists of a half-basement and a ground floor. Its entrance is on the east façade, and the ground floor is reached by seven steps. The basement is built of rubble masonry, while the ground floor is timber-framed with brick infill and the façades are clad in timber. The window frames are timber sash windows. The eaves take the form of a profiled, timber-clad moulding, and the roof is hipped and covered with Turkish-style tiles. According to the inventory report, the building dates to the Late Ottoman–Early Republican period.
