This structure lies within the boundaries of Hıdırağa village, central district, Edirne province. It is part of the water-supply system that Mimar Sinan built to meet Edirne's water needs during the construction of the soup kitchen, mosque and other buildings commissioned in Edirne in 1530 by Haseki Hürrem Sultan. It runs 25 m north to south and curves a further 10 m to the west. The single-span arch has a visible height of 5 m and a width of 3 m. It was built of cut stone and mortar.
