The two-storey building, set over a basement, has an eaved roof. The first-floor entrance is raised by a flight of steps and recessed from the façade. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 2) by decision no. 7697 dated 04.07.2003 of the Edirne Council for the Conservation of Cultural and Natural Property. 1
