Editor's Note
The plot where the now-vanished building once stood is registered as a "vacant lot." Source research has established that the masjid was square in plan and domed, that it was converted into a mosque and a single-balconied minaret was added, that by 1920 the masjid was in a ruined state, and that its foundation stones were sold in 1939.
