Editor's Note
The date and name on the façade of its four-storey factory building show that it was built in 1902 by O. Karakotchian II. Now used as the Dönertaş Flour Mill, the building is in relatively sound condition. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 2) by the Edirne Regional Council for the Conservation of Cultural Property by decision no. 1389 dated 18.12.201[?]. 1
