Editor's Note
It is a dwelling consisting of a ground floor and a first floor over a basement. The basement was built of cut stone, while the ground and first floors are clad in wood. Entry to the building is from the right front façade. Recessed from the façade and reached by stairs, the entrance door is wooden, rectangular in form, double-leaved, and topped by a transom window. The windows to the left of the entrance have been covered with advertising boards. On the first floor, a bay window is placed so as to sit above the entrance, carried by wooden consoles.
