Located in the Demirtaş Neighbourhood, this residence is a single storey over a basement, built of brick masonry. Comprising a basement and a ground floor, the building has a cut-stone basement and a brick-laid ground floor. The brickwork is regular and the façades are unplastered. The entrance is on the front façade facing Soğukkuyu Avenue. Its right side adjoins a neighbouring building, and there is a courtyard at the rear. An arched, recessed entrance hall is reached by stone steps, and above the entrance the façade is crowned with a triangular pediment formed by stone mouldings.
