Located on Yayla Square within the Yayla District Urban Conservation Area of central Kırklareli, this residence was built of masonry and consists of a basement and two floors. The neo-classical building was constructed in 1895 by the Greeks of the city as the Arion Music School. [2] Its main entrance, reached by stairs, is on the southeast front facade overlooking Yayla Square. The building has a cut-stone front facade and plastered side facades, with a stone-corbeled balcony above the entrance.
