Located in Kırklareli Province, Central District, Tellakzade Neighbourhood, on parcel 11 of block 151, this building was constructed on a rectangular plan as ground floor plus one. The property sits on a rectangular footprint. The lower floor of the two-storey building is brick masonry, while the upper floor was built using the bağdadi (lath-and-plaster) technique. On the ground floor, wooden tie-beams were used between the brick courses to improve load-bearing capacity. The entrance is set within a niche, with two window openings positioned on either side of it.
