Set within a garden, this building has a rectangular plan oriented east-west, a ground floor plus one upper floor, a hipped roof, and Turkish-style tile covering. The residence is of rubble-stone masonry, and its east and northwest walls are observed to have been repaired with kiln brick and breeze block. The front facade faces south, toward the garden, and the property is entered from the adjacent plot through a rubble-stone gate on the southeast facade that has been repaired in reinforced concrete and opens onto the street. The rear (north) and narrow side facades are largely blind. The front-facade windows are rectangular with wooden frames.
