The building has an inverted-L plan, a ground floor plus one upper floor, a hipped roof, and Turkish-style tile covering. It is of rubble-stone masonry, and part of the west walls has been repaired. The original windows are rectangular and of the guillotine (sash) type, though the form and materials of the windows have changed as a result of repairs. The building is entered from the north garden facade. The balcony on the first floor of the southeast facade has been enclosed. The building displays features of the second-quarter Republican period.
