Built of stone over two stories, it is coated with mortar. Moldings were used at the transition to the roof. The roof is covered with Turkish-style tile, and the facades are kept light-filled. The walls have been deformed by damp. Within a courtyard, it is two stories of stone coated with plaster. It is a simple, unadorned house. The transition to the roof was made with stone moldings. It is covered with Turkish-style tile. According to the inventory report, the building is dated to the early Republican period. Its roof has now collapsed and it is in a ruined state.
