The residence is a ground floor plus one upper floor with a hipped roof, while the outbuildings are single-story with gabled roofs, all covered with Turkish-style tile. The residence and outbuildings are of rubble-stone masonry; the damaged parts of the house, especially the south and west facades of the first floor, have been repaired with kiln brick. The residence has its back turned to the street, and its front entrance facade faces south, toward the garden.
