The buildings are of rubble-stone masonry. The roof and windows of the residence have been repaired. The residence roof is covered with corrugated material, while the garden gate and outbuilding gate are covered with Turkish-style tile. The property is entered through a wide, double-leaf garden gate of plain form on the northeast facade. The residence's front facade faces southwest, toward the garden.
