Editor's Note
It is located in the central district of Kırklareli province. Because the municipality's Gureba Hospital could no longer meet demand and had become physically inadequate, it was decided to demolish it. Through a commission chaired by the Governor of Kırklareli and made up of Mayor Muhiddin Özenbaş, Doctor Mehmet Fuat Umay, and Engineer Faik Bey, the Gureba Hospital was demolished and construction of the new hospital in its place began in 1914. In 1918, because the municipality's resources were insufficient, construction of the hospital was transferred to the Special Provincial Administration.
