Editor's Note
This residence on Fuat Umay Sokak in the Yayla district was built as a three-story masonry building. The building consists of three floors. The main entrance is on the first floor of the south-facing front facade that overlooks Fuat Umay Avenue, reached by stairs. Beneath the staircase is the ground-floor entrance door. The building's windows and doors are framed and its facades plastered, with vertical column-like projections between the windows along with floor and eave moldings. The original wooden-paneled main entrance door is on the front facade. Its hipped roof is covered with Turkish-style tile.
