The two-story building is built of stone on the lower floor and brick above, with a mortar-plastered facade. Long rectangular windows were used. The roof is covered with Turkish-style tile, and the lower floor served as a basement. It served as a simple, plain building. Consisting of a basement and a first floor, it is built of brick over stone at the basement level and plastered with mortar. Long rectangular windows were used. The roof is covered with Turkish-style tile. The chimney rises to the roof on a brick corbel. The entrance is reached by stairs. According to the inventory report, the building is dated to the early Republican period.
