Editor's Note
It lies within the boundaries of the Hacızekeriya district in the central district of Kırklareli province. The building was commissioned by Hacı Zekeriya, who also gave the district its name. After falling into ruin, it was repaired and revived by Osman Ağa. The mosque, which was demolished by the Bulgarians during the Balkan Wars, is known to have hosted Rufai ceremonies on Friday evenings. As a result of the cadastral survey of 1939, the property was registered as block 172, parcel 1, with the designation of mosque land in the name of the Osman Ağa Foundation, and was sold by the Directorate of Foundations in 1959.
