On the property stand two rectangular-plan buildings oriented east-west and north-south, each with a ground floor plus one upper floor, hipped roofs, and Turkish-style tile coverings. The buildings are partly used as residences. Their ground floors are of rubble-stone masonry, while the upper floors are brickwork with wooden tie beams. Deterioration has begun in the roofs and walls. The windows are of the guillotine (sash) type, and the front-facade openings are symmetrical. The buildings display features of the second-quarter Republican period.
