The property consists of a dwelling in the northeast of the parcel and an outbuilding to its west. The building parcel is entered through a rubble-stone garden gate. The building facing the street to the east appears single-storey from the street façade because of the slope of the land, but is in fact two storeys. The structure on the street front has an inverted-L plan, a hipped roof and alaturka tile covering. It is of plastered, timber-tied brick masonry, with guillotine-type windows arranged asymmetrically. Some of its windows have been blocked up.
