Located on İnkişaf Sokak in the Karacaibrahim district, this residence is a single-story masonry building raised over a basement. Built of stone, it consists of a basement and a ground floor. The entrance is on the southeast facade, which faces İnkişaf Sokak. Reached by a curving double-flight staircase, the entrance takes the form of a recessed niche with three arches resting on two wooden columns carved with Corinthian capitals. The front facade, with the eave above the entrance raised in a sweeping curve, is quite ornate. The windows are rectangular with arched tops.
