Located in the Karakaş neighbourhood of the central district of Kırklareli province and, according to the inventory report, built as a warehouse in the 1940s, this property is no longer in use today. In the parcel records the building is described as a Mill (Flour Factory). Single-storey and built of masonry, the property has undergone various repairs over the years and has been covered with plaster. Rectangular in plan, the property was once used as a warehouse. It is currently undergoing restoration and being stripped of later additions.
