This mosque, in the centre of the township of Kavaklı in the central district of Kırklareli province, has a rectangular plan and a hipped roof. An inscription above the entrance shows that it was built in 1914. [1] The mosque is rectangular, measuring roughly 20 by 10 metres, oriented north-south and turned slightly off the qibla. Its walls are masonry and the façades are plastered. The entrance is on the north façade. Its minaret adjoins the west façade and was built of reinforced concrete in 1943.
