Editor's Note

The building consists of two blocks set side by side. The block to the southwest is two storeys, while the one to the northeast has a single storey plus a basement. Both blocks have entrances at the front and rear. All the exterior walls are brick masonry, and the windows have plaster surrounds. In the ground-floor flooring, railway rails were used as floor beams alongside wooden joists. The gabled roofs are covered with Marseille tiles, and the roof framing is wooden trusses.
