Located in the center of Demirköy, the building was constructed on two floors, with stone used on the lower floor and brick infill within a timber frame on the upper floor. The upper floor is clad in wood. The upper floor of the building, which employs regional architectural features, is supported by wooden struts. Originally the lower floor was planned as a stable and the upper floor as a residence. The building has square windows; its ground floor is of rubble stone, while its entrance floor is built of brick within a timber frame. The first floor is arranged with a bay window, the bay section being supported by wooden struts.
