Located in the center of Demirköy, the building was constructed on two floors, with stone used on the lower floor and adobe infill within a timber frame on the upper floor. The upper floor of the building, which employs regional architectural features, is supported by wooden struts. Originally the lower floor was planned as a stable and the upper floor as a residence. The windows are rectangular and have shutters. The building's ground floor is of rubble stone, while its entrance floor is built of adobe within a timber frame. The building has a hipped roof covered with traditional Turkish tiles. According to the inventory report the building is dated to the Late Ottoman–Early Republican periods.
