Editor's Note
The Boğazköy Church Mosque, known to have been built in 1890, is a T-plan structure oriented east to west. The entrance section, originally called the narthex, projects roughly 2.40 meters out from the main rectangular block on both the southern and northern sides. The building is about 29 meters long on the outside, 16 meters wide at the main rectangular block, and about 20.80 meters wide at the narthex. Its height is 11.50 meters, and its footprint covers roughly 485 square meters. The building is covered by a gabled roof clad in Marseille tiles. All its façades are plastered, with cut-stone pilasters at the corners.
