Editor's Note
This is a concrete pillbox belonging to the Çakmak Line. The interior of the pillbox measures roughly 7 by 7 meters. Inside there are fittings that allowed gun batteries or machine guns to be mounted. Within the two-story pillbox, air ducts providing ventilation can also be seen. The lower section of the structure was probably a munitions store, and communication between it and the upper floor was provided by pulley-operated lifts. The interior and exterior doors of the structure are made of iron.
