According to the worn date above the door on the first floor, the building was constructed in the 1900s. It is located at No. 8, Adliye Street, Çarşı Neighborhood. The building has four floors, including the ground floor and the attic. The ground floor is used as a basement. The first floor is entered through a double-leaf wooden door on the north side. On the façade, the first and second floors have rectangular windows in rectangular frames. The attic has a rectangular window in the center and a round-arched window on each side.
