It is located within the borders of Cavundur village in the Kuzyaka town of the central district of Kastamonu province. Recorded in the land registry as a "Mosque with a Wooden Courtyard," the building was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 522 of the Ankara Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Property, dated 24.09.2020.
