Inscription and History: On the building's main facade there are inscriptions in the crest section and on the crest pediment. Both inscriptions give the same date. The inscription in the crest section, measuring 0.38 x 0.30 m, is set within a rectangular cartouche in a single column of four lines. It is written in celi ta'lik script, and its language is Ottoman Turkish. It reads: 1-Mashaallah 2-Lekad ecre'l cerau selsebilen fi sebilillah 3-Henien tesrabu minha asiyyen sarikan subha 4-Binazmin Kella'li el-Faik huve'l Vali 5-Sekahum Rabbuhum azaben furaten cariyen sebha 1309. The inscription on the crest pediment measures 0.59 x 0.06 m.
