The mosque is located in the Pelpo Köyiçi locality of the Yukarı Quarter, on plot 45 of block 131, in Akkirpi village in the İhsangazi district of Kastamonu province. The mosque has a rectangular plan and is built of timber, and it also has a plot of land. It was registered as conservation group "1" by decision of the Conservation Board, no. 6797 dated 25 July 2019.
