Editor's Note
It stands within the boundaries of Velimeşe neighborhood in the Ergene district of Tekirdağ province. This is a fountain built of rubble stone with a wide trough. Its newer marble inscription, written in Latin characters, reads "Hacı Ahmet Ağa 1935." A small niche for a cup flanks the inscription on either side. It was registered as an Immovable Cultural Property Requiring Protection (Group 1) by decision no. 5494 of the Edirne Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, dated 01.11.2018.
