The structure — within the boundaries of Ceylanköy, in the Lüleburgaz district of Kırklareli province — is rectangular in plan, built of brick, and thought to have been used as a depot building; it was observed to be in a ruined state. Set on level ground, the building has a rectangular plan. The front and rear of its outer walls have survived to the present, while the sides were found to be partly collapsed. Local people reported that the building was used as a mill. The structure is of masonry, laid in regular courses of brick.
