It lies within the boundaries of the town of Alpullu, in the Babaeski district of Kırklareli province. It was built within the grounds of the Alpullu Sugar Factory, whose foundation was laid on 22 December 1925 and which began operating on 26 November 1926. The factory's casino building is single-storey and comprises a dining hall and a cinema hall. Designed for social use, the building has wooden ceilings, and the ceiling of the cinema hall in particular is decorated.
