The building consists of a ground floor and a first floor. Its entrance is on the southwest facade facing the street. Above the entrance, running the length of the facade, is a balcony with wooden railings resting on wooden posts. To the building's southeast are two further adjoining single-storey sections, both entered from the street. Its walls are timber-framed with adobe infill, and its facades are plastered adobe. The entrance door has wooden panels, and its original windows are wooden sash windows. Its hipped roof is covered with alaturka tiles. The building has now been completely demolished. According to the inventory report, it is dated to the 18th century.
