Located in the Köyiçi (Hatip) area of the town of Büyükmandıra in the Babaeski district of Kırklareli province, the building is a single-storey school. According to the inventory report, it is dated to the 19th century. The building consists of a single ground floor. On the square-plan building's north facade, which faces the street, the entrance is fronted by a projecting porch-like windbreak. Its walls are brick with wooden tie-beams, and its facades are clad in wood. Above the entrance door is a triangular pediment with carved wooden cladding. Its windows are wooden, fronted by iron grilles. Its hipped roof is covered with alaturka tiles.
