Çatalca railway station is a level TCDD station in the Ferhatpaşa neighbourhood of Istanbul's Çatalca district, on the Istanbul-Sirkeci-Pythion line. Built by the Oriental Railway and opened on 4 April 1873, it was modernised with electrification by TCDD and reopened on 5 September 1997. With one island platform and one side platform, it serves the Istanbul-Uzunköprü and Istanbul-Edirne regional trains and is planned to become the terminus of a future high-standard railway.
