Located in central Çatalca, Istanbul, this rubble-stone building is under second-degree monumental protection, having been built in 1884. Its building material makes it a distinctive example of original architecture. It is currently in danger of collapse. Its front facade features a rounded, profiled arch. Built of stone in an adjoining arrangement, it has a ground floor. Repairs have been made to its stone-and-brick arches, while its left facade has an entrance with a flattened arch.
