Haci Halil Aga Mill I is a water mill built in the 19th century. The structure was built in masonry using rubble stone and covered with a hipped roof clad in pantiles. The mill shows a plain yet solid architectural arrangement that reflects the functional building approach of its era. Spatially, it consisted of a wood-and-metal water wheel, a wooden granary or silo section for storing grain, and the millstone sections that performed the grinding. These sections gathered every stage of the production process within a single, unified building.
