The Kigork Arabyan Textile Factory was built in the second quarter of the 20th century. Located near a stream, the building was constructed for production purposes in keeping with the industrial outlook of its era. According to the Trabzon Trade Registry, the factory produced the textile product known as Trabzon Cloth.
