Haci Halil Aga Mill II is a water mill built in the 19th century. The structure was built in masonry using rubble stone and covered with a hipped roof clad in pantiles. Reflecting the functional architectural features of its era, the mill has a sturdy structure and a plain plan. It consisted of a water wheel combining wood and metal, a wooden granary or silo section where grain was stored, and the millstone sections where the grinding was carried out.
