The Arabyan Kazyak Efendi Tahini Factory is a modern production facility built in the 20th century. Located near the Erzurum Road, the building consisted of a large factory hall reflecting the industrial architecture of its era. According to the Trabzon Trade Registry, the factory had a fairly high production capacity, distributing tahini not only to the local market but also to neighboring provinces.
