The Aydenler Mansion is estimated to have been commissioned in the first quarter of the 20th century. Built in the garden-set, two-story, inner-hall residential plan type, the structure was built in an attached arrangement together with the neighboring parcels and was laid out similarly to the adjoining parcel on its south side. Built as two stories over a basement, the house's main entrance door opens onto the garden to the west. From the entrance door reached by a staircase, one passes to the house's staircase landing and from there to the oval inner hall. The oval hall serves as the distribution center. The north of the inner hall is divided into two units and the south into three.
