The Bayramlar Mansion is a building understood from its architectural features to have been built in the late 19th century. It was constructed with two regular floors over a ground floor, plus a terrace or attic level. The building has a garden layout. On the front facade, the entrance section projects outward by about 2.5 meters. This section has a bay-window-style entrance design (cumba). At the top, on the terrace level, a half-terrace or half attic floor with a triangular pediment was applied. In recent years the building has undergone uncontrolled alterations and repairs.
