The building, whose exact construction date is unknown, is accepted as having been built during the Russian occupation between 1878 and 1918. Laid out on a rectangular area oriented north-south, the building was constructed with two storeys including the ground floor. The southeast corner of the building is softened by chamfering it over two storeys. The body walls are divided between floors by a broad border formed of two flat mouldings. At the southwest corner are the main entrance door and, right beside it, a large garden gate.
