Editor's Note
Built in the Baltic architectural style, after the proclamation of the Republic the building was used as a branch of Ziraat Bank; following its restoration in 1984 it became an Anatolian High School, and today it houses the Provincial General Assembly and the Kars Regional Directorate for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage.
