Although the exact date the Taşhan Küçük Cami (Small Mosque) was built is unknown, its existence is mentioned in the early 20th century. The mosque's minaret was added in 1955. Architecturally, the mosque consists of a rectangular space carved into the tufa rock to the west of the old village of Taşhan. Running east to west, the building was finished with a barrel vault. While the masonry of the mosque's eastern facade stands out, a later courtyard-like entrance space was also added on this side. The prayer hall is entered from this space through a flat-lintelled door.
