Editor's Note
The construction of the Molu Greek School appears to have adapted the neoclassical style common in nineteenth-century public buildings to the limited needs of the village's small Greek community. Although there is no direct information about its construction, its name appears only in an article titled "Report of the Education Commission on the Current State of Educational Institutions in the Provinces," in the sixth volume (1871-1872) of the journal published by the Greek Literary Society of Constantinople.
