Location: It stands in the Papager Quarter of Yaltkaya village (Gumno) in the Hemşin district of Rize. History: Two different inscriptions are found on the mosque: the first above the medrese entrance, the other on the minbar door. The inscription on the entrance, written on marble in eight panels, reveals that the building was made for Ali in 1279 AH (1862) by the founder Hacı Memiş Paşa, and that the text was written by Behçet Beza Ahmedi.
